Newcomer Sign-up

To find a right mentor, please register with Community Connections Mentorship Program (CCMP) by filling out the following form. We will contact you within 5 workdays upon receiving your form. To complete your registration, you will need to show your Permanent Resident Card to a CCMP staff when we invite you to come to CultureLink.
